Location: Hybrid- 2 days a week in Kennesaw office
Schedule: Monday- Friday- 9:30am-6pm EST
Training: 3 weeks- 1st week will be remote, 2nd and 3rd will be in office (8am-5pm)
Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
The Customer Service Representative assists with customer complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries. This position must uphold the quality control standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required
One year of customer service experience, preferably in insurance, finance or banking, and in a call center environment.
Communication Skills:
Bilingual- fluent in English and Spanish preferred
Strong Communication Skills
