Implementation Consultant
Location: Kennesaw, GA Hybrid Schedule (2 days in office)
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, and one year of experience in insurance tracking, lender-placed insurance (LPI), mortgage servicing, or a related financial services environment. A basic understanding of databases, data files and MS Windows computing is needed. This is an entry-level position where work is assigned as needed. A moderate amount of guidance and mentoring are expected in order to develop knowledge and skills. Initiative and critical thinking are key competencies.
Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least three years of relevant experience in insurance tracking, lender-placed insurance (LPI), mortgage servicing, or GSE compliance. This is an intermediate-level position. A thorough understanding of databases, data files and MS Windows computing is needed. The Implementation Consultant II is capable of managing larger, more complex projects, takes operational responsibility, sets appropriate goals, meets deadlines, and may have supervisory responsibility for entry-level consultants. Additional skill development and guidance from a supervisor may be required in unfamiliar circumstances. Experience with insurance tracking or loan servicing platforms (e.g., MSP, Sagent, Jack Henry, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least eight years of relevant experience in insurance tracking, lender-placed insurance (LPI), mortgage servicing, or GSE compliance environments. The Senior Implementation Consultant manages the implementation process for large and/or complex projects, writes technical user manuals, identifies risks before starting major projects and may take on additional responsibilities for driving an initiative to completion. In-depth knowledge of databases, data files, MS Windows computing, and insurance tracking or loan servicing platforms (e.g., MSP, Sagent, Jack Henry, etc.) is needed. This is an advanced-level position for seasoned professionals who may supervise more than one other consultant.
